uPVC Conservatory Spraying Process
Firstly, we always start our job by checking the uPVC Conservatory for any defects. Once we are happy with the uPVC conservatory we will then prepare the work area. If we are working internally or externally we will remove any of your items to make sure they are safely away from the work area and to protect everything from spraying.
We will then use specialist cleaning solution’s to clean your uPVC conservatory frames. We do this to guarantee there will be no issue with uPVC paint coverage and make sure the uPVC paint adheres to the uPVC conservatory frames. Next, our team will lightly rub down the uPVC conservatory frame surfaces to ensure the uPVC paint will bond correctly and then after cleaning we will cover and expose glass, wall and flooring with protective material and mask everything off.
Finally, the specialist uPVC spraying team will spray paint your uPVC conservatory in your desired colour. We always give the frames a few coats to ensure the correct uPVC paint coverage and shade are needed. The paint is normally dry to the touch within 20 – 30 minutes which will give us some time to clean up and pack away any unneeded kit. We always wait till the paint is dry so we can guarantee the finish is perfect.
