Fitted and not fitted wardrobes can be easily painted to freshen up your room and give it a whole new look.

How Do You Spray Paint Wardrobes?

Wardrobes can be painted many different ways, either using a brush, roller, sponge all done by hand or they can be spray painted with a spray gun and this way you are guaranteed a factory-like finish.

We always spray paint using the best spray equipment to give you a factory finish. This way we ensure a completed job with a totally even paint coverage and finish. The paint will dry much harder and give a better and more durable finish.

What Type of Paint Do You Use?

For  Wardrobe spray painting we use professional solvent-based paint. We have access to professional trade paints that come with a 10-year guarantee and when applied properly will give you a factory-like finish. Kolorbond and Farrow and Ball are the main types we use.

How Many Coats Do You Apply?

Generally, we find that 2 to 3 coats of paint will give the correct finish and look. With these solvent-based paints, we do not need to use a primer as the paint will act as the primer on the first coat.

We will spray paint coats on thinly and evenly. We generally spray horizontally in both directions on one coat, and then vertically on the other. The third coat should be a blending coat. We can apply more paint as needed afterwards.

Overall, Wardrobe Spray Painting will look as good as new and will give you that factory finish look and feel.
